At times I scratch in between my buttcheeks. If the man I was with rubbed inbetween my buttcheeks and ejaculated without any penetration is there a chance for HIV? No blood, no persistant itching. Just scratching earlier that day. Am I overreacting?

Hi , I had an embarassing situation on 31 oct as things got linked and I ended up in an brothel on Desker road. I had two exposures. In first as I was very much afraid I just kissed the CSW and she gave me a handjob with condom which was safer I think. But in second exposure I had protected intercourse with the CSW and after the intercourse when I was removing the condom from my penis I used the tissue and with the same tissue I cleaned the penis top , so my concern here is that the tissue had been in contact with the vaginal fluid on the condom and same fluid touched my penis head . I am really freaked out with this and really anxious about this exposure. I went to doctor he suggested me to go for PEP even though the risk is low. I started PEP at 45th hour. Do you think it was really risky and what are the changes of PEP success ?

I read from many reliable sources that having oral sex won't pose a risk of catching HIV even if the person who gives oral sex (sucks penis) swallows the entire sperm of the man who is being given oral sex.

According to the books that I read, the acid in the stomach would destroy the virus off, and so the virus won't have a chance of reaching the bloodstream. I think I don’t believe this theory because when I read other books, I found a very contradicting opinion of the same process, but of different nature.

The other books described that having the babies taking the milk directly from their HIV positive mother’s breasts would be highly potential for the mothers to transmit the HIV on to their babies. So my question is how come these two same processes confer different risk of contracting HIV. This is really, really unbelievable. How are you going to reconcile this conflicting theory?

Other, I often hear all the time the opinion from nurses or staffs in health clinics who opine that enzymes in the mouth would kill the HIV. Are there any scholarly/medical researches that support this theory? And if there are, are there some scientists who oppose this scientific research?

Long, long time ago, I read online on a dating website where there was somebody claimed to be immune to HIV. Actually, based on his pictures he posted on the website, he looked sexually attractive, but because he said that he was immune, I assumed that that guy must be having HIV and lying and dangerous because nobody is immune to HIV. I harbored a thought in my mind that that guy wanted to knock up people with the virus, so I backed off chasing him. However, a few years afterward, I came across a scientific paper online which stated that there were a few groups of people who are immune to HIV.

Now, I have a gay friend whose partner for 13 years died young of HIV. He said to me that it was all the way to the midst of their 13-year relationship they knew that one of them was HIV positive after being medically tested. Since then, they always used condoms when they had sex – but NOT before the diagnosis/test. The weird thing was the other partner who is now my friend was free of HIV even till today. And this friend of mine said that he believes his deceased partner had contracted HIV for years before the test.

Now, this guy is extremely infatuated with me, and I am crazy in love with him as well. And now, my mind has changed, and I even believe that having UNPROTECTED sex with HIV immune people like him wouldn't pose any risk of acquiring HIV because these people are permanently free of HIV. Even if the virus successfully penetrated his body, the white blood cell in his body directly kills the virus before it having a chance to replicate.
