Please help me coz i'm so anxious now. I am currently working here in the middle east. This is what happened to me. A guy from here forced me to do fellacio to him. He ejaculated in my mouth. I spitted everything. I don't have sores or visible cut in my mouth. But, about 40 minutes after the incident, I brushed my teeth. That happened December 27, 2012. Around January 10 - 12, 2013 (I'm not sure when it started), i started to have low grade fever, then loss of appetite, nausea, mild fatigue and slightly inflamed lymph nodes on my neck. It lasted for about 2 weeks. I did't have sore throat. Then everything went ok. it's just that until now i feel hot inside my body and my eyes feels hot too making it a bit red and still having this inflamed nodes. However, when i check my temperature per axilla it's always from 35.6 - 36.6 degrees celcius and 36.4 to 36.7 degrees C orally. I can not go home to my country (Asia) until June 2013. I can't go to the hospital here because i'm too afraid that they might deport me which actually is adding to my anxiety. I am aware that the best thing to do is to be tested but i can only do so in June when i go home. I read your post regarding the low risk associated to oral sex, but I'm also aware that it is still a risk. i had my HIV testing last september, october and november, 2012. The incident that happened to me is the only exposure I have since the last time I had my hiv test. 1.) What are my chances of getting HIV through my exposure? 2.) Is it too late for me to take the HIV test on June? 3.) If this is acute HIV infection, how long will I experience these symptoms? 4.) What can i do about my "feeling hot inside my body and in my eyes but have normal body temperature via axilla? 5.) Can this be Hep. B Virus infection considering my exposure and the appearance of my signs and symptoms? I'm very sorry for this long message but your reply will be a big help in decreasing my anxiety.
