My query might feel little absurd or sound like i am raising it just out of fear but this might help me to a great extent. And thanks if at all you decide to reply to this :)

I am a married person. I moved away from my home country for job to a god forsaken place. When i relocated i didnt take my wife along initially, just in a calculation that i bring her once i find new home and car in that place. I left my home country around June-July last year and my wife joined me in December the same year.
Moving to the matter of interest...Last year, exactly on Sep 15(Sep15-2011), i received blow job from a sex worker whose HIV status is completely unknown to me for about some 2 mins or may be even lesser than that. I was totaly unaware that HIV could also be caught even this way. While i am here, i would like to assure that there were no cuts or open wounds on my penis.

Days rolled by and i didnt even think about the incident that happened on Sep 15. Exactly 7 weeks after that incident, while talking with one my friend, i came to know through him that HIV could easily be caught even by receiving or giving blow job. This sent shocking waves to me and the whole night i lost the sleep. I was thinking about what would happen if am down with the most dreadful disease and other consequences. Then the next day, i started surfing the net about this and found that it is very much possible to get affected by this way. All these information i found over the internet scared me and i was down with fever which persisted for some 2-3 days. Later, i started browsing through internet to check what are all the symptoms for HIV and to all my distress, i started getting them one by one.  As conveyed above, i first got fever, then i got mouth ulcers - which i was getting on/off and got some red spots in my penis too. When one ulcer in my mouth goes off, the other comes and it continued like this till last month.

While all these things were happening in my body, i brought my wife to my new place on dec 16, 2011. As always we had intercourse, but never i ejaculated into her vagina. Whenever, i feel like am reaching my maximum, i would take my penis out. We continued having relationship like till May 3,2012. Between Dec 16 2011-May3 2011, my wife and i would have had intercourse for just 15-20 times and at all instances she gave me blow job.

Since May4,2012, we started having complete intercourse and i started ejaculating into my wife's vagina from that day on. The subsequent month(June 2012), she missed periods and when we checked for pregnancy(as prescribed by doctor) through basic blood test on June14, it was confirmed that my wife is pregnant. Days rolled by and on May 28,2012, doctor prescribed the following test for her as part of pregnancy : HIV, Rubella IgG, IgM, Urine culture, Urine normal and other heametology test. I was  so scared when my wife's blood was taken for testing. I was timidly waiting for the result - i was so worried that i couldn't even tell what happened and why am so worried to my wife. The result came 3 days after and it said like HIV Card test - Non reactive. I was relieved to an extent. But now, my concern is, will it be possible that the virus could have entered my wife's body only post May3,2012 when we started having complete intercourse? And if that is the case, she was tested for HIV (card test) 54-55 days after infected(considering may 4 th to be the instance when she got affected) and it came non-reactive. How reliable is this result?

I had unprotected sex. After 6 weeks I had an HIV test in a clinic here in the Philippines. The result was non-reactive. Can I be confident that I am HIV negative? Though, I still plan to test at 8 and 12 weeks post-exposure.

i had a sex with a CSW, the oral was without the condom and i used a condom for sex. i asked her about her status she said she got tested few days ago for hiv and it was negative, my question is she is a prositute, she could be in her window period because she has sex on regular bases with different people and she is a high risk, should i be worried about this and need to get tested or not?
