Community Resource Centre Facilitator

Volunteers will aid clients’ in accessing information related to their health and social needs and support the development of client and peer led programming within the Centre space.

If you have some or all of these skills this may be the position for you. Excellent listening and communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; familiarity and comfort with a variety of issues including poverty, drug use and sexuality; sensitive to issues of diversity; able to work effectively in a team environment; must be able to represent AIDS Vancouver in a professional manner; creativity and analytical skills an asset. Facilitation and education skills are also an asset.
