Free Medical Marijuana Available For HIV/AIDS Patients This is very limited so this is on a first-come first-serve basis. There are absolutely no costs to you at all. You must be HIV positive and a resident of B.C. After the paperwork has been processed by Health Canada then your cultivation begins. You will receive free medical marijuana delivered to your residence or your doctor for pickup. This will take about 3-4 months for the first delivery (sorry but legal issues). After that period, including renewals for next year, there will be no delays. Average is about 1 ounce per week of high grade dried marijuana buds for smoking or oral injestion. Please phone Bill at 778-862-1670 for help or any inquiries. (1) Please get your doctor to fill out the Form B1 Medical Practitioner's Form for Category 1 Applicants. If you do not have a specialist HIV doctor or need a specialist then call the number below for help. If your doctor charges for filling out forms then call then number below and we will pay for the forms. If you are out of forms then visit Health Canada http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/marihuana/how-comment/applicant-demandeur... and print out Form B1 in PDF format. (2) Fill out Form A Application for Authorization to Possess Medical Marihuana for Medical Purposes and send to the Health Canada address listed on the form and receive your authorization number. You may specify an appointed representative in section A3. Form A also contains your designated grower in section A4. We will become your designated grower if you want free marijuana delivered to you. You can choose anybody you like, however, most charge at least $5 per gram or $150 per ounce. You will also need to include two copies of current photograph that clearly identifies you (e.g. passport photograph). One of the photographs will need to be signed by your doctor (must be the same as the one who signed Form B1) who certifies that it is a true likeness of you. If you need help in getting or paying for a passport photograph then call the number below. We have a digital camera and can take your picture at your convenience. (3) After your application is successfully processed, plus time for cultivation, you will then begin to receive free marijuana delivered to your address by Canada Post. You will not have to pay for anything. You will receive a one year free supply. After the one year period, the license can be re-newed and you will continue to receive free marijuana for each successive year. This is because licenses are only good for one year. The amount of marijuana you will receive will depend upon your doctor's prescription. NOTE: We are only accepting a limited number of patients due to charitable contributions, budget constraints and licensing issues. Everything must be legal and must comply with the Marihuana Medical Access Regulations so you must have HIV/AIDS and have the appropriate paperwork. DO NOT ASK US TO DO ANYTHING ILLEGAL. How To - Quick Application Summary: (1) Obtain 2 passport photos and keep the receipt - we will reimburse you. (2) Download Form B1 from here and print Form B1 and get your doctor to fill it out and sign it - keep the receipt if your doctor charges for filling out forms and we will reimburse you. (3) Have your doctor sign the back of one of the photographs certifying that it is a likeness of you. Photograph Specifications: • It must show you alone in the photograph. • It must show a full frontal view of your head and shoulders against a plain contrasting background. • It must be at least 43 mm x 54 mm (1 11/16 inches x 2 1/8 inches) and not more than 50 mm x 70 mm (2 inchesx 2 3/4 inches), and have a view of your head that is at least 30 mm (1.375 inches) in length. • It must reveal your face without sunglasses or any other obstructions.
