Set Up: Monday December 14th from 8:30am-1:30pm – Setting up event and receiving deliveries

Volunteers will help with receiving deliveries and setting up the event: so should be ok with lifting up to 50lbs and moving stock around (with the help of carts and dollies of course!). A flair for decorating is an added bonus. Come with a positive attitude and leave with the good feeling of a job well done, in contributing to our most wonderful day of the year!

Eligibility Requirements

Must be 19 years of age or older. If anyone wishes to volunteer that is under the age of 19, we must have their parents written consent. Additionally, they must be chaperoned by a responsible adult. These applications will be reviewed on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to not accept volunteers under 19 if it doesn’t look like it is a good fit. We welcome opportunities for students to be involved with an adequate amount of supervision.
