Food. Shelter. Income. Emotional Support.
The program provides information, support, and care coordination for you and your family. AIDS Vancouver's Case Managers work to meet your unique needs through thorough assessment and care planning. We link you to services and resources. We can also advocate for you to address barriers to your health. Our immediate focus is on food, shelter, income, and emotional support, but we may also work with you over the long-term in more complicated areas such as:
- Health Care
- Financial Help
- Legal Issues
- Practical Needs
- Psycho-Social Support
- Other Issues
